Temperform LLC is committed to providing a safe workplace for all employees and any necessary visitors. Our business is essential, so the health and wellbeing of our employees, partners, and candidates is our top priority.
Please call 248-349-5230 before visiting our location in person.
Due to the dynamic situation the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak presents, we are augmenting our recruitment practices by leveraging technology. Below are a few of the ways we plan to stay connected with candidates while keeping our workplace safe.
Q: What procedures do you have in place to maintain the health and safety of your employees?
A: We have implemented a flexible teleworking policy for employees who can continue the essential work required to meet our commitments to our customers. We have established minimum staffing and social distancing policies consistent with current state and federal guidelines for our employees who continue to support essential business activities in our foundry. Any employees with potential exposure to the COVID-19 virus are instructed to work remotely (if available) and self-quarantine.
We have increased cleaning schedules within all our buildings, with a high concentration in common areas like lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and conference areas. Our in-house facilities team works daily to ensure the buildings and work areas are thoroughly sanitized. These disinfection services meet CDC guidelines.
We also regularly share exposure-prevention protocols to reinforce healthy behaviors and post these protocols accordingly for all on-site staff to view.
Q: Are you still hiring? Should I apply now, or postpone my application due to the situation?
A: We will continue our planned recruiting and hiring. Given the requirement for social distancing, Temperform LLC will deploy virtual technology and other techniques to sustain our hiring activity during this crisis period.
We encourage all candidates to continue to apply to posted positions of interest on our careers site.
Q: What should I expect during the screening and interview process?
A: Many of our interviews are being held virtually through a video meeting and/or by phone. If you are invited to an in-person interview with us, we will provide details about what to expect and provide appropriate measures to ensure your health and safety, as well as our employees’ health and safety during your scheduled visit.
***Please be advised, at this time we will not be accepting walk-in applications or resume submissions; however, you are encouraged to apply on our website or freely submit your resume via email at [email protected]
Stay Healthy! Stay Safe! We look forward to meeting you!
